Albuquerque, NM January 7th, 2013 – Quell Corporation today announced that it has received a 2012 Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. Quell Corporation maintained a Gold composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from Oct. 1, 2011, to Sept. 30, 2012.
This year, Boeing recognized 594 suppliers who achieved either a Gold or Silver level Boeing Performance Excellence Award. Quell Corporation is one of only 153 suppliers to receive the Gold level of recognition.
Quell Corporation supplies EESeal® EMI Filter Inserts to Boeing for several aerospace platforms. Quell has won the Boeing Gold Performance Excellence Award two years in row. EESeal is a thin elastomeric insert that quickly and easily turns an ordinary electrical connector into a filtered connector, with no special tools and no soldering.
